Manual machines

We manufacture the following manual equipment:
    •    Tabletop sealers with constant and impulse heating, with mechanical and pneumatic drive, equipped with a work timer to prevent overheating of the sealing seam.
    •    Floor-standing sealers with constant and impulse heating, with mechanical and pneumatic drive, equipped with a work timer to prevent overheating of the sealing seam.
    •    Industrial poultry depilators and other non-standard equipment.

 

 

Dosers

We manufacture dispensers for dosing into bags, sacks, boxes, cartons, buckets, nets, jars, bottles, canisters of the following products:
- Bulk products (cereals, sugar, coffee, pasta)
- Powdery products (flour, powder, cocoa)
- Viscous products (jam, sour cream, sauces, mayonnaise)
- Liquid products (water, oil, juice, vinegar)

With: Vibratory feeding, Screw feeding, Piston feeding, Pump feeding, Conveyor feeding.

 

Semi-automatics machines

We manufacture semi-automatic machines for filling and packaging bulk, piece, powdery, viscous, and liquid products. With vibratory, screw, piston, pump, and conveyor feeding. With packaging into sticks, sachets, 3-seam “pillow” bags, flat-bottom bags, bottles, canisters, jars, boxes, buckets, nets. At the same time, a certain part of the work cycle is performed by the operator (bag pulling, product orientation, container sealing, etc.).
