Purpose: For automatic filling and packaging into 3-seam "Stick" sachets from roll-fed film.

Products: Vegetable oil, vinegar, coffee and juice concentrates, syrups, fertilizers, dietary supplements, agrochemicals, pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, soy sauce, tomato paste, ketchup, mayonnaise, honey, energy gels, shampoo, shower gel, jam, condensed milk and more.

Packaging materials: BOPP films, laminates, laminated paper, multilayer films. Thickness — from 20 to 70 µm.

Operating principle: The film is unwound from the roll, passes through a tension roller and a photo mark detection zone. On the collar-type forming tube, the packaging film is shaped into a tube. The longitudinal (center) seam is sealed. Then, the horizontal sealing jaws create two transverse seals and cut between them. At this stage, the previous sachet is sealed and the bottom of the next one is formed. Once the new sachet is ready, the machine sends a signal to the dosing unit to dispense the product. The filler delivers a precise dose through a filling nozzle into the prepared sachet. Simultaneously, the sachet is pulled to the required length. The sachet length is controlled either by the photo mark printed on the film or, in the absence of photo marks, by a preset value on the machine. After filling and film feeding, the machine initiates the next automatic cycle — sealing the previous sachet and forming the bottom of the next one.

Operator’s tasks: The operator monitors the product level in the hopper, loads the packaging film, adjusts the dose and other variable parameters, and collects the finished products into group packaging (if the group packaging module is not installed).
